The Triboulet Administration oversees all non-academic operations of ASU, reporting directly to the Dome Authority Board of Governors.
Handles all matters of enrollment, academic records, graduation clearance, and ID issuance. Located at the Main Administration Building, Level 1.
Manages tuition processing, merit scholarships, and the Slumer Grant programme. Online payment system coming in 3036 A.R.
Ensures all ASU operations adhere to Dome Authority regulations. Handles academic misconduct investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Responsible for the maintenance, infrastructure, and physical security of all ASU campuses and annex buildings within the Dome.
Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Dome Standard Time. Appointments are required for the Compliance & Standards Bureau. All visitors must present a valid ID at the reception checkpoint.
